Kimberly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Registered Yoga Teacher, Energy Healer, and Fear Slayer. She recently moved to Baltimore after 3.5 years in Mexico. Natural living, energy healing and helping others on their wellness journey are her jams.

Kimberly has over 2 decades of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social worker under her belt, has been a yoga teacher for over a decade, as well as a personal trainer and a somatic coach. As a mother, energy healer and recovery warrior, she takes pride in her ability to compassionately and non-judgmentally hold space for those walking the path of recovery.

She employs a strong background in yoga, breath-work, and mindfulness. While her first love is empowering others to live boldly beyond diet culture, she also has an affinity for working with parents, clients with ADHD diagnosis, and those on the autism spectrum. Kimberly is trained in EMDR and Internal Family Systems and brings these perspectives to coaching and teaching.

Kimberly believes in the healing power of yoga and movement and credits the practice of yoga, movement, and strength training, with helping her navigate tricky emotional and physical experiences. Her practice is a safe space to become deeply inquisitive about how actions and responses support our growth and healing.

What you will find in her classes is a deep curiosity about how the practice of yoga is a tool for creating the strength we need to live our best lives off the mat.
